Description
This Norwegian fine woolen yarn is GOOD for knitting ethnographic Estonian stranded pattern mittens, gloves and hosiery. We recommend using needles 1,25 mm (US 0000). The outcome will be authentic and similar to old Estonian knits.
Women mittens or gloves will require one skein of basic color or less if it is a contrast color.
This color will be perfect for knitting red mittens and stockings collected from Läänemaa, scarfs from Mustjala, hats and later hosiery from Saaremaa. It is not suitable to replace earlier bedstraw red tones of Estonian knits.
