Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Saarakiri OÜ (from here on “the Seller”) to you (from here on “the Buyer”) using our web-shop at saara.ee.
Purchasing
To buy a product, add required product to the basket.
In case the amount of yarns you have inserted, exceeds the stock limit, there will be a notice to let you know how much of yarn is still in stock. When buying yarns you also have to consider that colors may look different in different computer screens.
You can view the inside of your cart when clicking on the button on the upper right corner of the web-page. It is also the place you can change the amounts of products you wish to buy. If you are certain of the inside of your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
You will then be asked to fill in “Billing Details”. Please make certain all of the lines are filled properly without any mistakes, as this is required for a smooth delivery.
After you have filled in the Billing Details, you will see the cost of shipping to your country (not less than 23.76 €) or be able to choose between different shipping options, when delivery is made inside Estonia.
The last choice you have to make is between paying with an invoice or by PayPal. In the first case you will be sent an invoice to the email address you have stated and we will ship your merchandise after we have received the money. The second option will direct you to a PayPal paying page.
If the payment has not come through to the account of Saarakiri OÜ within 14 days, the order will be canceled automatically.
Delivery
We will usually ship in two work-days, counting from the day we have received the money. In case you need to check the whereabouts of your package, please email us at webshop@saara.ee with your order details and we will send you your tracking number.
Returning polices
According to the law you have a 14-days right to send back your merchandise.
When returning, the shipping costs will be paid by the Buyer. The merchandise must be in original package and unused. When sending back a product you have to inform us at webshop@saara.ee, with the name of the Buyer, order number, date of the order and reason for returning the product. In case the reason for returning is defected merchandise (for example white pages in a book), costs of replacing your product will be covered by the Seller.
The Seller’s right to withdraw
The Seller has the right to withdraw from transaction when unexpected circumstances occur (for example the product is out of stock even though the web-page states differently). In that case the Seller will transfer the total amount of money paid by the Buyer immediately and not later than 10 days after the withdrawal to the Buyers bank account or PayPal account.
Use of personal data
All of the personal data of the Buyer known by the Seller will be considered as confidential and used only to deliver the merchandise.
Final Provisions
Any cases not resolved here in these Conditions of Sale will be resolved by the laws of European Union. In case no agreement is achieved, the Buyer has the right to turn to the European Consumer Center.
