Description
High-quality dye for wool and silk.
You can mix the dyes to achieve the right shade.
One can of dye is meant for dying 450 g of yarn.
In a resealable can.
Dyeing recipe:
- 100 g white woolen yarn
- 4 l of water
- 1 tbsp of 30% vinegar
- 4-6 ml (depending on the desired color intensity) dye powder
Soak the yarn in water until wet. Dissolve the dye in about half a glass of hot water. Bring 4 l of water to a boil, add dye mixture in water and stir.
Place the yarn in dye water and heat to boil. Remove the yarn from the water for a while, add 1 tbsp of vinegar and put the yarn back in.
Boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for half an hour. Let the yarn cool in the dye water. Rinse with warm water.
Recipe for Muhu Pink:
- 100 g white woolen yarn
- 4 l of water
- 1 tbsp of 30% vinegar
- 3 ml of colour no. 606 Deep Orange
- 1 ml of colour no. 603 Golden Yellow
